Mediterranean Flavors: Virgin Olive oil with Rosemary
It takes off dishes with fish, white meat casserole or grilled, baked potatoes, risotto with mushrooms or various mollusks. It is recommended to use it in the last stage of cooking and raw on salads as a marinade.
Mediterranean Flavors: Virgin Olive oil with Oregano
Ideal combination with meat dishes cooked in tomato sauce, legumes or mollusks casserole, with red sauces for spaghetti or potatoes, for recipes with game meat, sweet and sour white meat. Raw in a green salad with sun-dried tomatoes, in a Greek salad.
